Aerial Hoop:
An endless combination of transitions and fluid movements especially when spinning. This magic aerial ring offers you strength, agility and grace. An attractive art form. You are the performer, the artist, who spins, drops and performs tricks around the island.
Bungee Fitness:
A fun alternative workout. Bungee cords and a harness increase heart rate and endurance while building muscle and burning calories. It’s a great way to reignite your love of working out.

Precise moves and specific breathing techinques help reduce the risk of injury.
This strong mind/body connection, develops a whole-body strength that gives your body a boost of energy.
